Sr. Financial Analyst

Logitech is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional departments and support Business Groups OpEx management. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver continuous OpEx support in terms of reporting packages, analyzing key financial drivers and variance trends
• Support preparation and loading for the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial performance reviews
• Support the finance and business team with necessary analysis related to productivity, headcount growth, new business investments, and initiatives tracking
• Serve as an advisor to business partners to achieve optimal OpEx effectiveness
• Oversee the purchase order receiving process and ensure prompt, compliant management of accruals
• Own, enhance, and further automate comprehensive budget trackers
• Compile departmental fluctuation analysis and MRC review report for internal audit
• Educate business teams on financial policies, definitions, and processes
• Engage in Corporate digital transformation projects with AI/BI solutions
• Provide timely financial support to finance and business teams
• Build strong relationships and foster teamwork within business groups, overall finance, and corporate supporting functions

Requirements:

• 3+ years of prior experience in corporate finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, or financial accounting role
• Experience working with cross-functional teams located globally
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing large amounts of financial data with high accuracy
• Excel power user with advanced skill in formulas
• Experience in OneStream and Oracle; Tableau or other BI systems
• Professional, articulate, diligent, hardworking, curious, and self-motivated

Compensation:

• Annual base salary typically between $95,000 and $125,000
