Revenue Assurance Specialist

The Revenue Assurance team at Pinterest is looking for an experienced professional to join their growing team. As a Revenue Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across Pinterest's platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and approving insertion orders to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Reviewing Annual Agreements and making informed decisions to facilitate deal closure
• Overseeing month-end close activities, including account reconciliations
• Ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 regulations for revenue accounting
• Identifying and implementing process and system improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy
• Maintaining and updating process documentation for order management and revenue workflows
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Sales Enablement, and Revenue teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related subject
• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, order management, or similar roles
• Experience with Salesforce
• Strong problem-solving skills and experience analyzing high-volume transactions
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• This role requires in-person collaboration twice a month and must be within commuting distance from the Dublin office.
