Business Development Manager (Northern Ireland)

Job Overview

We're seeking a Business Development Manager to join our unique team in Northern Ireland. As a territory-based role, you'll focus on growing Oatly's presence in Convenience and Out of Home (HORECA) channels.

Responsibilities

• Grow Oatly's distribution and visibility across convenience retail, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice customers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities across your territory.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and brand advocacy.
• Secure new listings, improve visibility and availability, and maximise Oatly's presence in-store and on menu.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and territory plans.
• Become an expert in coffee, plant-based drinks, and emerging consumer trends.
• Run occasional activation events with customers.

• You're a natural relationship builder, loving to start conversations with strangers and meeting new people regularly.
• You have a commercial instinct to focus your energy where it delivers the biggest impact.
• You enjoy being out and about, visiting customers, and have proven experience of taking ownership and accountability for your deliverables.
• You're a self-starter, comfortable working with a virtual team at Oatly and the real-life team of your customers.
• You're resilient, with proven experience of not letting a 'no' get in the way.
• You're genuinely excited about our product, the food and drink industry, and representing and growing our brand.
• Bonus points if you have existing connections in the Northern Irish convenience and/or coffee shop sector!
