Assistant Content Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC (12 Months Temporary)

As an Assistant Content Producer for EA SPORTS™ FC, you will report to a Lead Producer and work closely with various teams to create compelling live content for football fans. This 12-month temporary role requires a mix of strategic knowledge and creative instinct to translate data and ideas into relevant plans that benefit players.

Your responsibilities include:

• Translating real-world football events into live content ideas and plans
• Developing live content plans and strategies to retain and engage players
• Working directly in custom tools to create, verify, and publish live content
• Collaborating with quality verification teams to ensure high-quality content
• Coordinating with other producers to meet deadlines and targets
• Becoming an expert on the game and community to make informed design choices

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in live service product production, product management, or game design
• High attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Good eye for game quality and user experience
• Familiarity with football (soccer) and its players, teams, and leagues
• Experience with game production tools and project management software
• Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems
