Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified and caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-standard care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The role involves providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments, implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and collaborating with peers and supervisors. You will participate in staff meetings and trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.
To qualify, you need experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder, effective English communication skills, a valid state ID, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal background check. RBT certification is required.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Up to 25% travel required.
