Mosqueteiro (Consultor/a On Trade)

We are seeking a Mosqueteiro (Consultor/a On Trade) to join our team in Rio de Janeiro.

As a Mosqueteiro, you will be responsible for living and breathing the Red Bull culture, developing and protecting accounts in the On Premise channel, and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and protect accounts in the On Premise channel through permanent business analysis
• Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in the territory through negotiation with clients
• Identify, care for, and continuously develop local and regional On Premise accounts through proper route planning
• Ensure alignment with the Distributor's Sales Force to achieve adequate numerical distribution
• Conduct continuous training with staff to ensure correct understanding of the brand
• Implement commercial agreements based on a win-win relationship
• Manage the On-premise local channel budget, planning and monitoring resource usage
• Put the On Premise marketing strategy into practice using suitable tools to drive vertical growth

Requirements:

• Completed higher education
• Experience in On Premise and Events
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English language skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
