Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team focuses on ensuring AI benefits reach underserved communities. The Economic Mobility Partnerships Manager will lead Claude Corps, a $150M flagship program placing early-career fellows with nonprofits across the US.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Claude Corps end-to-end, including cohort launches, host organization pipeline, and program measurement
- Develop and close tier-1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, and philanthropic partners
- Deploy AI Fluency workforce development offerings for states and cities
- Orchestrate across functions, working with Anthropic teams and external partners
- Understand what works through research and share through open, replicable models
Requirements:
- Experience structuring and leading large, multi-year partnerships
- Background in a large or fast-growing company, preferably in talent, HR, or a related field
- Substance in AI fluency, technical training, or learning programs
- Ability to build structure amid ambiguity and prioritize execution for impact
- Executive-level communication skills
Strong candidates may also have:
- Experience designing learning programs end-to-end
- Existing network across workforce development, philanthropy, or the public sector
- Hands-on fluency with Claude
The role offers a salary range of $300,000-$365,000 USD per year and is based in San Francisco, with relocation support available.
