Ice Miller is seeking summer associates to join our New York office in the private equity, M&A and leveraged finance practices.

The summer associate program includes:

• Have permanent authorization to work in the United States
• Have obtained an undergraduate degree and are enrolled in the JD class of 2028 at an accredited law school
• In New York, we only hire students for our transactional practice and who have undergraduate degrees in business, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, or economics
