G&A Recruiter

Anthropic is looking for an experienced G&A Recruiter to help build the business functions that keep the company running smoothly.

You will partner directly with hiring managers across General & Administrative teams, owning searches that range from high-volume pipelines to highly strategic, hard-to-fill roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting across G&A functions, adapting candidate profiles, comp benchmarks, and assessment criteria to each segment and level
• Context-switch between high-volume hiring and strategic, senior searches while maintaining consistent quality and candidate experience
• Manage a high req load across multiple hiring managers without becoming a bottleneck , using data and systems to prioritize, surface issues early, and keep pipelines healthy
• Build repeatable, scalable processes, and leverage AI and automation to increase throughput across your portfolio
• Integrate into existing hiring rhythms while bringing recruiting expertise , calibration, market insight, and process improvement , and pushing back constructively when patterns aren't working
• Own outcomes across a diverse portfolio, holding yourself accountable for hiring results rather than activity
• Protect Anthropic's culture by deeply understanding the mission and screening for alignment alongside capability

Minimum qualifications:

• Demonstrated success recruiting across G&A role types and segments (e.g., Finance, Legal, People, Operations)
• Experience moving fluidly between high-volume pipelines and strategic searches without sacrificing quality or candidate experience
• Ability to manage heavy req loads across multiple hiring managers, using data to prioritize and spot bottlenecks
• Strong stakeholder management skills, integrating into existing hiring rhythms, adding value beyond execution, and pushing back constructively when necessary
• Ownership mentality across a diverse portfolio, with a continuous improvement mindset
• Deep curiosity about Anthropic's mission and passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world

The annual compensation range for this role is $175,000-$240,000 USD.
