Eurostar Group, through its subsidiaries Eurostar International Limited and THI Factory, operates several fleets of high-speed trains capable of operating in several countries.
The challenges for maintaining fleet with a high level of reliability, availability and compliance with regulations are very important, especially since these standards are constantly changing and since the objectives of performance are increasing.
In this context, the teams also need to make the operational and monitoring tools evolve, with the aim of unifying and improving them.
Eurostar is looking for a Project Officer to support the implementation and continuous improvement of COSMOS, its new Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Working closely with the Fleet Performance & Digital Project Manager, you will coordinate stakeholders, gather business requirements and support project delivery across Fleet Management, Engineering, Production, Operations and IS teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate stakeholders and support COSMOS implementation and development.
- Gather business requirements and contribute to testing and deployment.
- Monitor project milestones, risks, actions and deliverables.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting solutions using COSMOS data.
- Ensure data quality and support the transition to COSMOS-based reporting.
- Contribute to the development and integration of digital tools and applications.
- Identify opportunities to automate and optimise maintenance processes.
- Support change management and encourage user adoption.
- Improve integration between COSMOS, business applications and operational processes.
Through these activities, you will contribute to the digital transformation of Fleet Management and help improve the efficiency, reliability and performance of Eurostar's rolling stock.
Requirements:
- You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school.
- You have initial experience in project management.
- You are fluent in French (both spoken and written) and have a good command of English.
- You have strong analytical and communication skills.
- You are able to coordinate multiple teams to ensure project progress and successful delivery.
