Restaurant Server - WREN Tysons

We are seeking a Restaurant Server to join our team at WREN Tysons. As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, creating an inviting atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly, positive, and timely manner.
• Listen attentively, take orders accurately, and use proper serving techniques.
• Complete all required side work, including cleaning restaurant, server stations, coffee stations, and coolers.
• Help control expenses by following procedures when handling cash and processing financial transactions.
• Work safely, dispensing/serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Produce required volume of work by planning, organizing, and prioritizing work duties.
• Work collaboratively with all others, taking room service orders, assisting bartender, and working as a team player.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• TIPS or CARE beverage service certification desired, or the ability to obtain certification.
• One or more years of previous guest service experience.
• Demonstrated exemplary customer service, attention to detail, and ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to speak, understand, and write English.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
