Sr. Client Partner (8-Month Fixed Term)

As a Sr. Client Partner at Pinterest, you’ll play a pivotal role in building trusted, long-term partnerships with clients.

You will define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives, operationalizing a vision that deepens relationships and delivers measurable business results.

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with large customers & agencies
• Lead across many internal functions to create partner strategies that drive meaningful business results
• Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner ROI goals & objectives
• Be an internal advocate for partners by working with relevant teams to respond to partner needs and feedback
• Leverage AI-driven tools and workflows to streamline campaign management, identify emerging trends, and recommend optimizations at scale
• Analyze campaign data using AI-powered insights platforms, translating findings into actionable strategies for client success

Requirements:

• Solid experience in marketing/advertising/digital, with specific acumen across media, search, data and measurement
• Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals with large customers in the CPG industry
• Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams
• Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
• Hands-on experience integrating AI or automation into routine workflow processes, and a curiosity for adopting new AI technologies
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing, analytics, and reporting tools for scalable account management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

This is an 8-month fixed-term contract.

Salary range: €60,812-€112,503 EUR
