Assistant VM Manager - EU

We're looking for a passionate and experienced VM Assistant Manager to support the VM Manager in delivering the EU VM strategy. You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class retail experiences across all EU Department Stores.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strategic support for EU department stores to achieve the overarching EU VM strategy and business objectives
• Managing VM campaigns, new store openings, and promotional projects on time and to budget
• Collaborating with external retailer partners and suppliers, as well as colleagues across different teams
• Leading and supporting new store openings and distribution
• Being the experiential and promotional expert for Department stores across EU
• Managing the EU VM Assistant and providing a supportive and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

• Demonstrable VM experience at an Assistant Manager level in a similar role, ideally within Beauty/Retail
• Confident in Adobe creative suite (specifically Illustrator & Indesign)
• Strong people-focused leadership and project management skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with forecasting and budget management experience
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
