We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our retail team at Charlotte Tilbury in Mainz, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on our products, and helping customers to feel confident and beautiful.
Your tasks will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and embodying our brand style
- Building lasting relationships with customers and turning them into brand ambassadors
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets
- Offering expert advice on our products and demonstrating your skills as a professional makeup artist
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
- A passion for Charlotte Tilbury and a willingness to represent our brand
- Ideally, experience as a makeup artist
- A positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset
- German language proficiency at B2 level
