RN Clinical Nurse I- Critical Care New Graduate December 2026

As a Clinical Nurse I, you will provide competent clinical nursing care consistent with professional standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in identifying and meeting learning needs of self and patients
• Evaluating patient care and communicating relevant information to promote continuity of care
• Implementing care plans and prioritising tasks according to patient needs
• Leading and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote professional growth and minimise limitations
• Assessing patients and developing relationships with families to promote their ability to advocate for patients
• Planning and updating care plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary resources
• Staying up-to-date with research and best practices in nursing

The role requires:

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing
• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification
• No prior experience required
