Workplace Experience Specialist

Electronic Arts is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to support daily operations and employee experience initiatives at its Bogota studios.

The Workplace Experience Specialist will ensure a safe, efficient, and engaging office environment, manage vendors and projects, and collaborate with various teams to maintain smooth operations and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily workplace operations across multiple office locations
• Coordinate workplace services and vendor activities
• Monitor vendor performance and support invoice and budget tracking
• Drive employee experience initiatives, including onsite events and activations
• Assist with workplace projects, such as office moves and space reconfigurations
• Partner cross-functionally with IT, Security, and other teams
• Maintain workplace procedures and operational records
• Ensure compliance with Global Health Office requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and employee experience

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in workplace operations, facilities coordination, or related environments
• Experience managing vendors, supporting workplace projects, and coordinating operational initiatives
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace preferred
• Experience supporting creative, entertainment, gaming, or tech environments is a plus
