Patient Services Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team at PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reconciling patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Verifying insurance coverage and securing prior authorizations
• Coordinating physician referrals and optimizing schedules
• Maintaining relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
• Performing over-the-counter collections and reconciling charges weekly and monthly

To qualify, you will need:

• A high school or GED diploma
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.50-18.25/hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, and paid time off.
