Outpatient Physical Therapist

PT Solutions is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our growing team in our Wade Green clinic in Kennesaw, Georgia.

We focus on helping individuals regain mobility, independence, and well-being through compassionate care and evidence-based treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Deliver hands-on manual therapy and targeted exercise interventions.
• Collaborate with PTs and PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic medical records system.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• State licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• Ability to manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team

Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 / year + monthly patient incentive bonuses starting at treating 9 patients a day
