Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
You'll work in a high-pressure environment, staying sharp, fast, and focused when the store is at its busiest. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering five-star service at pace
- Confidently recommending and selling our newest food products to customers
- Utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contributing to a positive, high-energy environment, where everyone works hard and supports each other
- Adapting to the changing demands of the retail environment
Working Hours:
- Sunday: 20:00-04:00
- Monday: 22:00-06:00
- Tuesday: 22:00-06:00
- Wednesday: Off
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: Off
- Saturday: Off
Additional Information:
- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
- Unsocial hours premium will be paid for hours worked between 10pm-6am.
