Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin and help bring the next generation of our products to life. Our products combine high-performance acoustic components with integrated firmware and software, bringing together engineering, design, and technology to create intuitive, market-leading monitoring solutions.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of our loudspeaker and headphone projects from initial planning through to successful end-to-end delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional project teams and external partners, manage timelines and budgets, align priorities, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track and deliver against our product roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Create clarity and structure around complex, intercontinental projects
- Build new processes and continuously improve existing ways of working to increase efficiency, strengthen planning, and enable reliable project outcomes
- Foster clear communication and effective collaboration across different cultures, functions, and locations
- Connect engineering, product development, design, and manufacturing teams as well as international external partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing the development and delivery of consumer electronics products in cross-functional teams
- Experience with audio products like loudspeakers and headphones is a plus
- Experience with engineering project management, industry-standard processes, and optimization of existing structures
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong ownership mentality
- Fluency in English; Mandarin and/or German language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in applying project management methodologies in software tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with R&D disciplines such as Electronics, Mechanics, Acoustics, Software, DSP, and Firmware
