Description
We're looking for a Product Lead to oversee our Onboarding experiences at Wise, leading three critical teams: Consumer Onboarding, Account Setup, and Account Access & Recovery.
Your mission is to ensure every new customer can join Wise easily, securely, and with full clarity on how to get value from our products.
As the onboarding experiences lead, you'll drive conversion for new personal customers, eliminate drop-offs, and build a world-class onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive conversion for new personal customers
- Eliminate drop-off across flows like signup, KYC, and transaction creation
- Own the entire login, account recovery, and 2FA experience
- Improve the UX across onboarding journeys
- Balance growth with security, compliance, and operational scalability

Qualifications:
- Experience leading onboarding or core conversion experiences in a fast-growing tech company
- Ownership of end-to-end metrics like conversion or retention
- Strong product sense and attention to detail
- Experience leading senior product managers and building high-trust teams
- Comfortable working across compliance, legal, ops, regional, and marketing
