Senior Product Analyst - Finance Technology

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst - Finance Technology to support and strengthen Okta's financial systems and processes. As a NetSuite R2R Analyst, your role will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for NetSuite functionality in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Lead or participate in R2R-related projects, including implementations, migrations, process improvements, customizations, upgrades, and integrations with NetSuite’s financial modules
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Partner with finance, IT, and external vendors to provide NetSuite support
• Monitor audit trails, support audit processes, generate required reports, and ensure system configurations align with audit and compliance standards
• Provide project updates to leadership and propose actionable solutions to enhance NetSuite workflows and overall system performance
• Leverage GenAI or Agentic AI solutions to automate financial reconciliation and optimize R2R processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Over 8 years of technology experience, including 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite expertise in R2R, accounting, or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, general ledger management, financial reporting, and hands-on proficiency in NetSuite customizations
• Expertise in key R2R processes, including journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting
• Strong analytical abilities, acute attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and strong project management skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with integration tools like Celigo
• Knowledge of other financial systems and how they integrate with NetSuite
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Implementation certification
