Sales Trainee

We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our team in Taunton. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury, or special projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
• Obtain all necessary tools to execute the daily plan
• Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
• Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
