CRM & Marketing Assistant (Intern) (f/m/d)

As a CRM & Marketing Assistant (Intern), you will support the development of the Customer Journey and become an expert in defining, implementing, and strengthening data-driven customer processes.

You will assist in the implementation of CRM projects to enhance customer engagement and participate in adapting and implementing predictive marketing projects, including Churn Management and Loyalty Campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of the Customer Journey across 28 markets in the CEE region
• Assisting in the implementation of CRM projects to enhance customer engagement
• Participating in adapting and implementing predictive marketing projects
• Strengthening customer-oriented thinking through daily communication with colleagues
• Generating monthly reports and helping update the customer database

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT
• Have a customer-focused mindset and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
• Be proactive and appreciate taking ownership and responsibility for your projects
• Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Speak English fluently (German proficiency is desirable)
