Implementation Engineer - Pune

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer to join our team in Pune. As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, CDK, or Pulumi, and CI/CD pipelines for Cloud Deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom automation using Lambda Functions/Azure functions
• Manage code repositories and perform peer code reviews
• Maintain code hygiene and write test cases for solutions
• Mentor and train junior engineers
• Collaborate with customers to design, diagram, and document complex integrations
• Analyze and audit existing Helpshift implementations to make improvements
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of SaaS experience in a specialization such as consulting services, technical pre-sales, or solution engineering
• Proven experience translating ambiguous customer requirements into actionable technical solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, C#, Node.js, Powershell
• Experience with deploying cloud solutions on AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with technical SaaS concepts such as SDKs, APIs, and cloud computing
