We are seeking a Closing Team Leader to join our team at Target's West Chester, OH location.
The starting pay range for this position per hour is $21.75 - $23.75. The full pay range for this position per hour is $21.75 - $37.00.
As a Closing Team Leader, you will continue the momentum from the team's day of hard work to finish strong, taking care of guests until the doors close each night. You will prioritise through the eyes of the guest, have a deep understanding of each leader's vision for their business, and have fun with the team while nailing closing routines.

- Support your leader in establishing clear goals and expectations
- As a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes
- Address all store emergency and compliance needs
- Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
- Lead and demonstrate a safety culture
- Model creating a welcoming experience
- Demonstrate how to engage with guests
- Lead by thanking guests
- Model the execution of physical security processes
- Support merchandise protection strategies
- Support guest services
- All other duties based on business needs
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Lead and hold others accountable
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Manage workload and prioritise tasks independently
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members
- Effective communication skills
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
