Internship Design - Red Bull Energy Wear

We are seeking a highly motivated design student to join our team as an intern for 6 months, starting in December 2026.

As a Design Intern with Red Bull Energy Wear, you will support our design team throughout the entire creative process, focusing on graphic tasks across various Red Bull projects, including Red Bull Bora Hansgrohe, RB Leipzig, and Red Bull Rampage.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and structuring design meetings by gathering input, compiling visual references, and organising documents and assets
• Supporting the alignment of design concepts with different projects and partners, adapting graphics and styles to specific requirements
• Creating graphics for apparel styles, from initial sketches to refined digital artworks
• Conducting trend research and creating moodboards to help the team stay ahead of the curve
• Supporting the Product Management team with administrative tasks, such as preparing overviews, organising files, and updating presentations

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be an advanced undergraduate or postgraduate student, or recent graduate in a relevant field
• Have an understanding of the apparel or fashion industry
• Possess a creative mindset with a strong eye for visual details and aesthetics
• Be a team player with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Be eager to learn and open to feedback in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong interest in sports, apparel, and Red Bull's world
• Be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• Be proficient in Figma or a similar digital design/prototyping tool

In return, we offer a minimum salary of €2,221 gross per month, depending on the collective agreement.
