Senior Solution Engineer for NVIDIA Experience, Compute Software

The NVIDIA Experience (NVEX) Solutions Engineering team is looking for a Senior Solution Engineer to provide customer support for NVIDIA products, including AI Enterprise, Omniverse, and vGPU.

You will apply the latest AI technologies to triage customer issues, identify solutions, and keep customers delighted. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers to resolve or advance customer issues
• Working with engineering teams on customer issues, providing logs, reproduction, and other triage information
• Applying AI to create/update products and/or support tools
• Taking ownership and driving customer issues from inception to resolution
• Documenting customer interactions to enhance the knowledge base
• Participating in the creation, maintenance, and versioning of documentation related to customer support processes, procedures, and guidelines
• Applying agentic AI skills to solve customer issues and develop software
• Occasional work on weekends and holidays to support customers

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of a BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of software engineering experience
• AI/ML expertise
• Professional-level communication skills, including adjusting communication to the technical level of the audience
• Excellent follow-up and organisational skills, with a passion for solving problems

Preferred qualifications include:

• Software engineering experience
• Customer support experience
• Technical expertise in technologies related to NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Omniverse, vGPU
• Experience with parallel programming or GPU acceleration (e.g., CUDA)
