Description
The SAP Integration Leader role involves leading the end-to-end integration of legacy systems with SAP platforms across global manufacturing plants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of integrations between MMP S/4HANA and legacy/non-SAP systems
- Collaborate with Functional, Technical and Enterprise Architecture to develop integration architecture and approach for assigned programs
- Lead interface standards and best practices (API-led, event-driven, EDI, IDoc, RFC, OData, file-based), aligned to enterprise integration strategy
- Partner with multiple MMP PDO teams to align integration scope, priorities, and delivery timelines across concurrent initiatives
- Manage cross-team dependencies and drive timely resolution through MMP governance forums
- Coordinate end-to-end testing execution across PDO teams (SIT/E2E/UAT)
- Develop and maintain global integration templates and reusable assets for plant rollouts
- Plan and manage integration workstreams across multiple projects/plant deployments
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities
- Manage integration milestones with skill teams
- Ensure change control and release readiness are followed on areas impacting skill teams
- Act as primary integration point-of-contact for internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Lead joint design sessions, clarify requirements, manage deliverables, and ensure alignment on timelines and acceptance criteria
- Govern supplier execution quality
- Ensure production support readiness
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise integration delivery, including SAP-to-non-SAP integrations
- 10+ years managing global teams
- Demonstrated experience leading integration work streams in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant operations environments
- GCP is preferred
