Growth Marketing Specialist - 6 months

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to own the performance of Mejuri's paid social channels, including Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing campaigns, managing day-to-day spend, and reporting results to the VP of Growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Campaign execution: building and trafficking campaigns, ensuring timely launches and correct setup
• Budget pacing: monitoring and adjusting spend to meet monthly targets
• Optimization: pausing underperforming ads, rotating creative, and acting on in-flight performance
• Platform issues: resolving ad rejections, tracking gaps, and data discrepancies
• Testing and learning: designing and executing tests, analyzing results, and providing recommendations
• Collaborating with Creative, Brand, and other teams to ensure aligned goals and effective campaigns

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on paid social experience, preferably with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, or Pinterest
• Budget accountability experience, with a minimum of $250k monthly budget management
• Advanced analytical skills, with experience in Google Sheets or Excel, and ability to design and read A/B tests
• Strong communication skills, with ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Experience in DTC or e-commerce, ideally in jewelry, luxury, fashion, or beauty, is a bonus

Nice to have:

• SQL, BI tools, Shopify, pixel or Conversions API troubleshooting, lift studies, creative analytics tools, and experience with AI tools
