Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient unit team in Altoona, Pennsylvania. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients, helping them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct inpatient care to patients in need of physical therapy
• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by taking the time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support their recovery
• Celebrate every victory along the way

Requirements:

• Current state license in Physical Therapy
• BLS (CPR) required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire
• Inpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
