IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at MHP Romania, a strategic technology and consulting hub within MHP's global network.

As the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance, you will serve as a critical link in providing support over the phone, support portal, or email. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and assessing customers' needs
• Providing support for basic customer issues and requests related to IT systems and applications
• Escalating service requests that cannot be scheduled within agreed service levels
• Improving customer service, perception, and satisfaction
• Maintaining the Knowledge Base information
• Training and assisting junior colleagues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in IT support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or Customer Support
• Good understanding of IT concepts, including email, AD, OS, Mobile devices, etc.
• Excellent Communication Skills, with the ability to listen, speak plainly, and communicate effectively
• German Advanced (B2-C1) and English medium level (B1)
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered, with the ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
