LGV 2 Driver Food Waste

We're seeking LGV Drivers to join our new Residential Food Waste Collections team. As an LGV Driver, you'll collect and empty food waste caddy bins across local routes on a multi-collection basis.

You'll be part of a crew working together to provide this essential service. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, using their initiative, and being part of a team.

Requirements:

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card
• Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety
• Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements
• Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Good awareness of health & safety procedures
