Description
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling/MOC (Maintenance Controller) to assist in maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar.
The successful candidate will proactively lead and manage TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs for all assigned aircraft, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal fleet health and program success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs for assigned aircraft
- Reviewing and documenting aircraft 781 forms to ensure TCTOs, TCIs, and SIs are scheduled, documented, and executed
- Anticipating problems and advising proper action planning to achieve optimal fleet health
- Reviewing and clarifying new TCTOs before chairing formal TCTO meetings
- Coordinating with supply logistics, maintenance execution teams, and other key agencies to ensure parts, kits, tooling, and supplies are available
- Ensuring Immediate Action TCTOs are implemented upon receipt and Urgent Action TCTOs are brought to the attention of local maintenance management within 24 hours
- Monitoring and coordinating sortie generation, maintenance production, and execution of operations and maintenance schedules
- Tracking aircraft status, maintenance data, and historical documents
- Providing subject matter expertise on maintenance scheduling issues and equipment historical documents
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1 year experience with USAF aircraft records management/oversight
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
- Willingness to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime
Preferred qualifications include:
- Applicable educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience
- Experience managing TCTO and TCI programs
- Experience in analysis concepts and metric reporting
- Experience in documentation and historical record management
