Production Supervisor - MP&L (KTP)

We're seeking a Production Supervisor - MP&L (KTP) to lead transformation and drive performance at Ford Motor Company. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, impact quality and efficiency, and lead a dedicated hourly team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a champion of workplace safety, enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
• Lead and direct a team to produce high-quality products, meeting or exceeding production targets
• Prioritize critical tasks, allocate human resources, and address safety and quality issues promptly
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating your team to achieve shared goals
• Utilize data and insights to drive improvements in efficiency and quality
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve processes, and drive innovation
• Proactively address and mediate conflicts fairly and effectively
• Champion accountability, managing performance and ensuring fairness
• Collaborate with team members, union, and management to continuously improve

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-7+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or relevant experience
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodology and/or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) preferred
