Health Care Assistant

We are seeking a Health Care Assistant to join our team at Blue Care. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing quality care to patients in a clinic or outpatient facility and assisting physicians during examinations and treatments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival
• Assist with various clinical tasks
• Perform blood taking, ECG & Treadmill ECG
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records & documents
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Clinic-in-charge
• Sterilize used medical devices
• Stock and tidy up physician's room

Requirements:

• Form 7 or above or similar education level
• Friendly, willing to help, self-initiative, and considerate
• Experience in the medical field is a must
• Experience in assisting dispensing duty is an advantage but not a must
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin preferred
• Good knowledge of computer software application preferred
