Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer.
You'll work varied shifts including Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Provide five-star service at pace, and thrive under pressure
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers
- Utilise digital tools, such as Sparks and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store
In this role, you'll need to be digitally confident, a team player, and flexible.
