Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Swindon Orbital Retail Park, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, particularly in M&S Food products, to make recommendations and drive sales
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, including working across various areas of the store
This is a part-time, seasonal role with varying shifts, including Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours during peak periods.
