Enterprise QA Engineer, Salesforce

GitLab is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications QA Engineer with a strong focus on CRM and Finance systems. You will play a critical role in affirming the quality of various enterprise applications, especially those supporting sales, marketing, finance, and accounting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and execute functional, system, and regression testing.
• Document, maintain, and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Identify and create detailed test cases for requirements.
• Collaborate with BSA's, PM's, developers, and peer QA engineers for project delivery.
• Develop, build, and maintain test automation frameworks.
• Develop and execute automation test scripts.
• Maintain and enhance functional and regression automation test suites.
• Independently drive end-to-end delivery processes with minimal guidance.
• Communicate QA status and project updates effectively to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with peers to review QA artifacts and processes.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline; or equivalent professional experience.

Experience & Technical Expertise

• 7+ years in software QA, including functional, system, API, and integration testing.
• 4+ years of experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright and TestIM.
• Strong CRM and ERP domain knowledge, specifically Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite.
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including CPQ, sales process, Lightning, and Salesforce integration with other tools/systems using API.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and XPath identification.
• Hands-on experience in using AI tools like Claude for building agents for QA workflows.
