Field Sales Manager - UK

We are seeking a Field Sales Manager to lead a defined area of teams to deliver market-leading retail sales and growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Driving commercial leadership of the area, delivering retail sales in line with forecast commitments
• Building a high-performance team of Store Leaders, leading and managing a team of Managers in the region
• Developing and executing the retail strategy, working with the Field Training Manager and commercial and marketing teams
• Managing all retail staffing costs, including recommending FTE levels across all stores

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in a field management or multi-site role with proven experience of building talent and delivering retail growth
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
