Implementation Manager- GPS Client Connectivity (m/w/d) befristet für 2 Jahre

We are seeking an Implementation Manager- GPS Client Connectivity to help develop and expand the business of HSBC Continental Europe S. A. Germany. As an Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for strategic customer support, training, and implementation of GPS Client Connectivity, Electronic Banking, and related payment services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory, training, and support to customers on GPS Client Connectivity, Electronic Banking, and related payment services
• Structure and manage complex local and international implementations in customer environments, including coordination of relevant workstreams
• Independently manage projects in virtual, cross-functional teams from kick-off to successful handover to operations
• Manage scope, timeline, resources, risks, and dependencies, and ensure escalation management to meet time-to-revenue and customer expectations
• Coordinate and accompany testing on customer and bank side until go-live readiness
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders for smooth end-to-end implementation

Requirements:

• Completed banking training and/or studies (e.g., economics, business informatics) or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of payment traffic/cash management and ideally electronic banking/connectivity (interfaces, formats, test procedures)
• Understanding of customer requirements from areas such as treasury, financial accounting, and adjacent functions
• Proven experience in structuring and managing complex implementation/projects
• Independent, reliable, and conscientious working style, as well as pronounced analytical and problem-solving competence
• Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor, high customer and service orientation; very good English and safe handling of MS Office (PM tools beneficial)
