Events Lead - North America

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Events Lead to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation through world-class event planning and execution.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end execution of events, designing strategies, securing sponsorships, managing logistics, and leading on-site activations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing event strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Maximizing event impact and ROI by defining event tiers and identifying sponsorship opportunities
• Leading the full event lifecycle, from planning and promotion to execution and post-event follow-up
• Owning the on-site experience, ensuring smooth operations and representing ElevenLabs with confidence and professionalism
• Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, partnerships, and product teams to align event goals with business objectives
• Analyzing and optimizing event performance to enhance future event success

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the tech or AI industry
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a talent for creating impactful experiences and seamlessly managing cross-functional collaboration
• A passion for AI and emerging technologies, with an eagerness to represent ElevenLabs in the industry
• Proven track record of planning and executing events that drive engagement, build relationships, and generate high-quality leads
• Experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, juggling multiple projects and priorities with ease
