HR Service Specialist - Talent Acquisition

As an HR Service Specialist, you will provide operational support to the Talent Acquisition team in Germany, handling standardized administrative and coordination tasks throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and publication of target group-specific job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, including scheduling appointments with candidates, hiring managers, and interview participants.
• Provide administrative support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with standardized reporting, research activities, and process improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Support onboarding activities from a recruiting perspective.
• Prepare presentation materials for general HR-related topics.

Profile:

• Completed commercial/business vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in an HR environment, ideally within Recruiting or HR Services.
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum B2 level), along with good English language skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and content management systems (CMS) is an advantage.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with a passion for structured administrative work.
• Careful, reliable, and self-driven working style.
• Strong organisational skills and enjoyment of collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and contacts.
