Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health

We are seeking a Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health to join our team at Advocate Health in High Point, North Carolina.

As a Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, ensuring comprehensive and functional evaluations and treatments according to the Standard of Practice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care assessment and treatment
• Ensure patient evaluations and treatments are comprehensive and functional
• Develop and implement treatment plans with realistic goals
• Supervise support staff and provide direction and feedback
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete written patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes
• Meet department financial and productivity standards
• Participate in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services
• Promote professional development and education of other healthcare workers
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers

Requirements:

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from an accredited physical therapy school
• Current licensure in the state of North Carolina
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C
