Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects, and work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format 'off-premise' stores.

You will service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner, adhering to Red Bull's executional standards.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a training program that prepares you for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools to execute daily plans and communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, blitz, display building, and merchandising to drive sales

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is beneficial
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage
