Accountant

We are seeking an experienced accountant to join our team at Porsche Werkzeugbau GmbH in Schwarzenberg.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Checking, accounting, and booking incoming invoices
• Independent processing of payment transactions
• Reconciliation of asset, debtor, and creditor accounts
• Reviewing and accounting for service and travel expenses
• Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and supporting IFRS reporting
• Supporting balance sheet issues and completion of financial statements
• Participating in intercompany reconciliations and reporting processes
• Supporting liquidity planning and creating forecasts
• Creating evaluations, analyses, and reports using Microsoft Excel
• Contributing to the further development of processes, guidelines, and work instructions

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training with several years of experience in finance and accounting
• A completed degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or further training as a certified accountant (IHK), is advantageous
• Sound knowledge of HGB accounting regulations
• IFRS knowledge
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
