Description
We are seeking an experienced Uppdragsansvarig Elkonstruktör to join our team in Halmstad, Sweden. As an Uppdragsansvarig, you will have overall responsibility for the project and lead the internal work, as well as handle communication with the customer regarding contract issues and economics.
Your main tasks will include planning and driving technical issues, coordination, and daily work management of projects together with engineers and designers in your team. You will also be responsible for creating pre-studies, designs, investigations, and cost assessments throughout the project implementation.
As an Uppdragsansvarig, you will have the opportunity to act as a mentor and knowledge bank within the organization. Guidance and training of junior consultants are a natural part of your work.
Requirements:
- Civil, high school, or equivalent engineer with EL orientation or acquired equivalent knowledge in the workplace
- Long experience in the EL industry from various types of projects, large and small
- Previous experience working with consulting or contracting business
- Knowledge of AMA EL and experience in preparing descriptive parts for EL and calculating contract costs
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with hospitals or other technically advanced and installation-dense projects
- Experience with inspections/control
