We are seeking a Shift Lead for Wolt Market Zugló in Budapest, Hungary.
As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Promoting the Wolt brand
- Performing precise and accurate tasks
- Collaborating with the team and motivating team members
- Participating in daily store operations
Requirements:
- Previous retail or warehouse experience
- Experience as a shift leader is an advantage, but not required
- Self-motivated and proactive work style
- Assertive communication skills
- Multitasking ability
- Availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Fluent Hungarian language skills
- Basic English language skills
