High-Pressure Hydraulics Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled High-Pressure Hydraulics Mechanic to join our team at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg, Germany.

As a High-Pressure Hydraulics Mechanic, you will work on a critical component of our high-performance powertrain, ensuring our competitiveness in the highly competitive Formula 1 environment. Your tasks will include:

• Independent assembly and commissioning of high-pressure hydraulic systems for motorsport applications
• Fabricating jigs and tools to facilitate the assembly process in collaboration with the design department
• Testing, adjusting, and commissioning high-pressure hydraulic systems and their subsystems
• Carrying out measurements and adjustments during the assembly process
• Troubleshooting components and the overall system in close collaboration with component managers
• Documenting individual work steps
• Continuously improving work processes in the manufacture of high-pressure hydraulic systems
• Identifying issues in the assembly process in close coordination with the component manager and quality assurance

• Solid vocational training or technical qualification with professional experience in motorsport
