HS Claim, Analyst

We're looking for an HS Claim, Analyst to join our team in Bangkok. As an HS Claim, Analyst, you will be responsible for determining the validity and authorising settlement of individual health insurance claims.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and settling individual health insurance claims arising from policies in force
• Making recommendations and guidelines for individual health insurance claims
• Liaising with solicitors and other third parties during investigation and negotiation
• Processing individual health insurance claims documents in a timely manner
• Answering inquiries related to claims processing
• Performing other related tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long-term business growth
• Exploring opportunities to improve workflow and build a healthy environment
